Step 3 : Visit Model Homes / Sign Contract

* Certain restrictions apply to receiving the cash back rebate and may require lender's approval if financing the home.
Most Popular Texas New Home Builders
Texas is big, and big means a lot of open space to build new homes. Many builders below will construct new homes all across Texas. Even with all the land in Texas, keep in mind that most major metroplexes like Dallas-Fort Worth or Greater Houston have little available land close to the downtown areas. This means that if you want new construction you will probably be at least 30-45 minutes outside of the downtown area in an "edge city" - for example, in Greater Houston, you may find a newly built home in Spring or The Woodlands. In Dallas, you may find a new community in Frisco, McKinney, or Prosper - all north of downtown.
